Good reasons why to store physical assets at METLOCK
Store raw materials at home?
Strategic raw materials cannot be stored by banks. There is a lack of expertise, but above all storage space. So a stock pile of raw materials in the basement?
Some strategic raw materials and precious metals could well be housed in their own homes. However, this costs space and comfort and the raw materials can be stolen more easily.
Furthermore, no professional storage is documented when storing in the home. As a result, private storage jeopardises the subsequent option for resell to industrial customers.
At METLOCK there is enough space for the storage of your property. Your raw materials are secured at bank level. The storage takes place in original packaging and under professional conditions, so that liquidation to the industry is possible without any problems.
Location Germany is an advantage
METLOCK has deliberately chosen its seat in Germany. In the event of liquidation, necessary customs formalities are required in the event of storage in Switzerland, which would mean a time delay. These may jeopardize the sale of your physical assets to industrial customers. At METLOCK, your physical assets are available for purchase for customers in the industry in a timely manner if you wish to be liquidated.
In addition, when you purchase your strategic assets from our sister company TRADIUM GmbH, the transport from the supplier to our bunker takes place quickly and routinely. Both companies are located in the Rhine-Main region and communicate with each other on a daily basis.
